Java install prompt during testing

Sorry...JavaWe've got Lectora 2006 (SP5).XP, using IE 6.The error, so far, does not repeat if the user goes back through the entire course a second time.I've asked users to take a screen shot or call me if this happens, but I haven't gotten any help on this, yet.
