Java install prompt during testing

Finally have the text of the prompt from a user:"Your browser does not support Java that is required for the current page. Please download the latest Java Runtime Environment by Sun Microsystems and try visiting the page again." So far, if a user who gets this message goes back through the module a second time, the message does not appear the second time around.Any ideas?JR
