Aaron, the recent Lectora upgrade seemed to cure this situation; however now it has resurfaced when we prepare to launch a Firefly sim from a Lectora page. KnowledgePlanet says there isn't anything they can do about this; yet your solution (to offer us the alternative of using the AppletManager.jar or the .js alleviated the problem this past spring). Is the "anonymous" access that you describe, above, the only solution at this point? Thanks in advance.Linda
