Issue with cmi.score.max

Hi- I am very new to Lectora so forgive me if this is a silly question but I am having an issue with this area as follows -

cmi.score.max as this is always 0. If max is 0 and reached is 27 – the calculation for % is 0.

Any suggestions anyone?
