Is there a way to convert a Lectora course (awt file) to a word doc or pdf?

I am new to using Lectora, and have not been able to find any posts that address this.

We are frequently asked to create an alternative delivery format (word or pdf) for our online courses. In the past I've used Acrobat Pro with Dreamweaver html files; when I publish a Lectora course to html and try this it creates over 400 pages for my 48 page course... I also tried the translation tool- which did not include any images, but did add a lot of extra text to a not very pretty rtf file.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
