Is there a new Google Doc Template that accepts all data sent to it?

I see the Test/Survey Submission templates from John Blackmon on Google Docs, but the Anonymous form skips the 16th item submitted to it and the other one skips the 25th item. Is there another one that does not skip items sent to it? If not, how can we make our own that accepts all data sent to it?
This problem is compounded by the fact that you can not reorder parameters sent through forms, you have to re-type them all every time you add a new one!

Thanks for the reply John. I guess then that this is a bump for allowing us to reorder the data submitted in the Form :) We can make a dummy variable, but working around it since we can only add to the top/front of a list with 40 items can be a challenge. It may seem like a small thing, but with 15+ forms in a title and having to add one more variable to each of them can be a real pain.
(The tool used in the Question Creator for multiple choice questions seems to work well :)

Unfortunately, Google changed their Docs recently such that we can't change or edit the templates (or even create new ones!), without breaking the Docs submit completely.
We are looking at other options for making the Google docs submit smoother, but right now we are left with the original templates. Since the issues are at least consistent, they can be worked around by placing a dummy, invisible question in the place of that 16th and 25th slot, so that all of the answers are in place.
@johnb, here's a product idea, forget Google Docs and create your own simple CGI for storing/retrieving Lectora form submissions. Free for small volume use, paid for large volume and extra availability. I guess you have all the required server infrastructure thanks to CourseMill and ReviewLink anyway.

Could be an interesting idea. Google docs is so handy, though, for organizing and sharing the data. Will be worth some effort to get it going properly.
