Is anyone there from Trivantis?!

We're having ongoing issues trying to reach someone about our Lectora subscriptions so this is our last resort...

1. We've sent a request to renew a license but no one has sent a license key through. No response to multiple emails.

2. We're trying to reinstall the software, we need to call for an access code but no one answers, responds to voicemail.

Is anyone there?!!
