IOS 10 bugs
September 23, 2016 12:00 AM
Apple updates usually come with a lot of trouble! Yesterday while testing on Ipad with IOS 10 we noticed (not so hard to notice) that the video player doesn't work anymore. Therefore you wont be able to play video's.
Trivantis are you able to fiks this?
Must be annoying to cover up the **** from apple :)

Hi Jurg,
I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles getting video to play in iOS 10! I'm not sure why this could be. I've been testing some Lectora 16.2.2 video content today on an iPad with iOS 10.0.2(14A456), and an iPhone with iOS 10.0.2(14A456), and am not having any trouble getting the videos to play. Does the sample video you commented on the other day play for you on your iOS device?

If not, then perhaps there is some difference between the iOS version I am using and yours. You are located somewhere in Europe, correct?
In any case, if your troubles continue, please submit a support ticket so that our team can investigate why you're having this trouble. You can do so by clicking the blue "Submit a support ticket" button on the right side of this page.
Thanks so much for letting us know!
I just tested and video's play fine for me on both the iPhone 6 and iPad Mini.
Additionally, all previous published courses (Lectora 11) won't play video's as well...
I found some more information. This occurs specifically with the lasttest version of Lectora 16.2.2
Is downgrading the solution?
Or is another solution near?
Math, you could be right. This issue seem to appear with all our content in our Moodle LMS. Hopefully Moodle is able to adapt to IOS 10 rules.
I tested Wendy's video sample on iOS 10 (in iPhone SE emulator) and it worked fine.
Actually we are having issues with video not playing on IOS10 too. And we are in Europe too...
Just found out that in ScormCloud the Tincan published video works... in some other LMS's it doesnot work, so i do think its a LMS related issue...
