I created 3 actions at the end of the presentation:

AICC_SCORE
I've tested it in student mode, and it works. The 500 error appears, BUT you can close the window. It doesn't affect the course at all.
How can I fix it? Or should I even worry about it? I have to assign 2,200 students to the course in HealthStream TODAY.
