Integrating .flv files in lectora

Im a Multimedia designer working for Florida Community College at Jacksonville. We have been using Lectora to author our courseware on a new project. Im having trouble getting Lectora to display the player control skins that one uses to to control video on an .swf file that is referencing an .flv file. The .swf will play the video but it will not display the skin to enable play controls. I have tried everything I can think of. If I play the .swf file stand alone it displays the video and the skin, and if I embed it in an html document it displays everything as well. For some reason the lectora publish will not display the skin. Please advise.
