Instructional Design?

Check out a book called:Making Instruction Work, by Robert Mager. This is the best book on instructional design I have ever seen. The structure, content, and writing style are clear, succinct, accurate, relevant, useable, and engaging.I believe most other writers of instructional design books have taken inspiration and ideas from Mager. This is the only book you will need to start producing high quality material. Content includes:Training needs AnalysisTask AnalysisCourse ObjectivesSkill HierarchiesCourse PrerequisitesDeveloping the InstructionDeveloping tests and assessmentsModular developmentCourse proceduresImplementing the Instruction and a ton more..
