inserting web window

First you have to create a button. If its a text, and you want to have link to it this may help:

- make the text color blue, to recognize that its a link.

-Click "Add button"

-in button properties check "Transparent"

-on the on click tab..

set action: Go to

target: web address >> and type the web url on the textfield.

-check "open new window"

-click Apply >> ok

-and then move the transparent button on top of the text you to have link. and thats it.

This happens to me too. This feature just doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone at Trivantis monitor these discussions and provide resolutions for this product? I am seeing several questions going unanswered throughout the community.

A number of people from Trivantis monitor these forums and often respond. I assume that unanswered questions on the forums mean that the customer went through support@trivantis.com in parallel and got their answers directly.
