Inserting a URL into a Web Window

Hello,
I am trying to insert a URL via the web window into my course. I can preview the URL in the window and I get the placeholder onto the page. I adjusted the width and height and published to html. When I get to the page with the web window, the entire page opens the URL in the browser and when I try to click on the browser back button to go back to the WBT, it keeps trying to go back to that page with the web window and opening it up in the browser (now within the frame on the page).
What am I missing?
