Inserting a Section between two sections

I still have 2005 and have a simlar problem--I want to move a section earlier in a chapter, before some pages. It only lets me move sections relative to each other, at the end of the chapter. Cannot insert a chapter in between existing pages.Any suggestions would be welcome.
