Initially hidden MP4 video will not play on iPad or Android mobile device

This is a problem we found in v1.7 that we will be fixing in v2.0
Problem:
When you have a MP4 video initially hidden on a page and then show and play that video you may see that the audio plays but the video does not. This is because we do not properly size the video. It may look fine in Lectora Online Preview mode because it uses a Flash player to display it there. When it is viewed in Published Page Preview or in after publishing on a mobile device you see the problem.
Work-around:
When showing the video also run an action that will do a Size To on the video so the width and height get set correctly.
