inconsistant output in IE 6

Hello, I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this. We have tested our course in IE 6 before launch, there were some issues but we worked around them. Now, I'm starting to get phonecalls from students who also use IE 6 and 2 issues keep coming up:1) Whenever they are trying to work on a question and check their answer - their browser freezes, that is only the browser window used for the course and only when checking their answer. Other windows work fine, machine works fine.2) Some IE 6 users are able to see the full urls of the html pages. They received the same url as everyone else, and are not supposed to see the full url, but they do. This causes a problem with quizzes, as those students are not able to see their quiz results (custom results).Has anyone else encountered this problem? What else is happening behind the scenes that's producing different results for users of the same browser??? Please help, this has been most frustrating...
