The MS Word Find & Replace feature has a "Find whole words only" checkbox that I was able to use when updating a process name from "TT" to "VT".
Lectora doesn't have that option so I had to manually replace each instance of the acronym. Otherwise it would also update instances of words such as "letter" and "scott" to "levter" and "scovt".
