Importing question pool via csv

Hi all, i want to try the import questions from csv option but i cannot for the life of me find anything anywhere that explains how to format the Excel it will be exported from. What i would like to do is - in the Excel file - is set up a row per question with "question", "option 1, option 2 etc", "correct answer (possibly more than one if multichoice)", "correct message" "incorrect message" but how do you distinguish what is the correct answer and also the correct and incorrect responses? If anyone has an example file - or a link or explanation of one - i would be greatly appreciative!
Is the above possible or am i getting ahead of myself (and Lectora)?
