Just a few questions...How is your course set up? Is it just one captivate on one lectora page, or a bunch of lectora pages with a bunch of captivate files? When the captivate file finishes what is supposed to happen? Should it go to the next page, should it load a new captivate movie, etc...? Any additional info would help.
