When I go directly to the link provided, I do get what you are saying. But when I go to that page by moving forward from Page 2 of the lesson, the text shows up fine. It appears that your border image (footer?) is trying to load after the text has loaded. Are your static page items listed above your text items at the page level? Meaning, the images should be loading before the text items do.
