Image Error

This one boggles my mind. My images are not showing when I publish to SCORM. I have absolutely no images or buttons. All my text is displaying one text area after another.
So far I have tried:
Republishing
Republishing and emptying cache
Republishing to hard drive instead of the network drive
Republishing from another computer.
Renaming the file
Saving another copy of the file and publishing from that
Has anyone seen this before?
