I have built an assessment in Lectora (v.2008) which has a feedback pop-up for each question.
These pop-ups have variables through necessity on the close button to confirm they have read the feedback, the assessment question will not move forward unless the button is clicked.
All this works fine and exactly as intended, except when the assessment reaches agents who have altered their tab settings in IE7 so that new windows pop up in a new tab rather than in front of the current window. This would be fine if the agent still looked at the new tab and used the close button, but from first run throughs they are just closing the tab in the normal fashion.
Does anyone have a solution whereby I can dictate that the pop up window has to open in a new window rather than a tab or do I need to accept that IE7 is a nuisance?
Many thanks in advance...
