Not in 2004 from Lectora but you can from 2005.In 2004 and before we use a program called IconCool Editor to change the icon in the EXE file after its created.You will find the exe file has a set of about 24 icons in it, you only need to edit the first 6, 0-5 and replace with your own icon.Neil
