It changes the Windows program icon for the application. There are 3 icons within the icon file:16x16x16 = small icon you see in when using the file explorer with list or details32x32x256 = icon for XP desktop32x32x16 = icon for desktop in Windows OS previous to XPThis will change it for any place Windows trys to display the program icon ... including the upper left corner of the program window. This option is available in both CD and exe publishes.
