Hyperlinks in HTML

Is anyone experiencing this issue?I am adding several Hyperlinks to documents on a web server in my module. When I run the module in test mode, the hyperlink works fine. When I publish to .exe and run the hyperlink, everything works fine.BUT, when I publish to HTML, the hyperlink breaks. Where I have a "" in the path, the "" becomes "20%" or the "" is removed completely and the path becomes one very long name for the document. Has anyone seen this before?What is causing it and how do I correct it? The hyperlinks were once working but recently they are breaking every time we republish to html. This is a critical issue as we need to be able to point to the document vs load it into the module because the document may be updated by other parties but we still need to refer to it.Any help is appreciated.Thanks,Tom
