I have a similar problem: In the quiz of a particular course I have made, the Cancel/Fail and Complete/Pass are never called when published in HTML. If I remove all of the questions, then the problem goes away and the submit and cancel actions function correctly. I have a nearly identical setup for other courses, and they perform without issue.I would like to know if there is anything that prevents Cancel Test or the Submit Test actions or that interferes with the Cancel/Fail and Complete/Pass events when publishing in HTML.
