HTML page names

I recently updated to Lectora v. 9.3, and since then when I publish to HTML the output appears to be in a frame, so it's impossible to find the actual page name of each individual HTML page in the title. This makes it very difficult to review/trouble-shoot, since team members can't identify which page they are telling me about.

I have tried a variety of different publish settings, but cannot find a way to have the full URL display in the browser address bar. Can anyone help?

Note: my lessons are set up as AICC/SCORM titles, but we publish to HTML during the QA process.
