I am encountering problems with two separate courses where HTML outputs of these courses do not function correctly for only some people. The issue is that the active content doesn’t work so when they click buttons, etc. nothing happens, or if content comes on-screen in stages with audio only the first section will appear. This only happens for some people. We have tried everything we could think of – we’ve checked their PC specs and IE and Java installs, we’ve checked their anti-virus settings and security settings all to no avail. The English course was authored by someone else and we are localizing them into other languages. The problem occurs in both the source versions and localized versions so is not an issue caused by localization. We have localized numerous courses with no issues but with two current courses we have had this problem. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
