HTML images not appearing on HTML publish

I have seen that but not sure what it is. What happens when you:1. Refresh the page?2. Go to the next page? Do the buttons on that page have the same problem?3. Go forward and then back to that page? Do the buttons show now?I am experiencing something like that now with my stuff I just uploaded to my server.
