how to set a global variable

Am jasil from india.Currently am working with one software installing learning project . i need a help . i have to create a assessment with true or false question. here my problem the answer should want visible in another file . when i click the choice the answer wants to retrive in another title. if i choose wrong answer that also want to visible. here i should use variable, how can i control a variable one tilte from another title..... help me
