How to Reload Page?

I have a feeling I'm missing something really basic (wouldn't be the first time), but is there any way to set an action to reload a page?For example, if you had a lot of actions at the page level set to run On Show, and you wanted to reload the page so that all of those actions would run again...Can't figure out how to do it.
