How to add text variable name to text box

hi,

how to add variable name to text box? I want the text box to change through XML? when i am importing XML its show error message?

Another Question:

I had created some text boxes and animated and those text boxes containing variable names in flash and controlled by XML.

when i imported to lectora the .swf file and xml file, it showing error ( XML file).
