How do I change the Font used for numbered lists?

Hi All,

I have custom fonts defined in my Lectora Online project (Source Sans Pro from the Google Font Library), but I've noticed that this isn't used for the numbers in a numbered list. Is there anyway to override this at all?

Thanks in advance,

@whatcher-8448 I've tried it with both the linked and embedded fonts, and still get the same issue unfortunately.

I've managed to come up with a CSS workaround, but it's just a shame that Lectora Online doesn't use the paragraph font for the numbering.

If anyone else faces the same issue, and needs a workaround, I inserted a HTML extension object set to 'Meta Tags' above my AU object, and entered the code below (replace 'Source Sans Pro' with the name of the font you want to use):

undefined

It won't show when running the project in Run mode in the editor, but does work with Page Preview and when the project is published.

I was thinking the font needed to be embedded vs linking. Not sure, but did you see this article..https://knowledgebase.elearningbrothers.com/defining-custom-fonts-in-lectora-online

A couple of questions -- Are you using a template? Also, do you have to upload the font into Lectora Online/

Hi @whatcher-8448

I'm using a template that we self-built for my company rather than one of the provided ones, and I'm using a linked Google Font so haven't uploaded any font files.

Thanks for pointing this out and glad that you found a good solution. We will write it up as a usability issue.

@eoinjw Thank you for sharing. I hope they fix this. It seems you have to know more (e.g. JavaScript) to use the product. I would have never figured this out, but thanks for sharing. Discouraging for beginners. :(
