Hot Spots on Graphic

Lectora uses a stacking rule. An object below another object in the navigation pane is actually on top of the object on the actual screen. Using mlam's example, Lectora first draws the image. On top of that image is drawn the Chapter 1 button. Also on top of that image is drawn the Chapter 2 button. Unfortunately, things don't go so easily when an object has its property for "Always on top" turned on. If the image has "Always on top" turned on, then it would cover up the buttons, even though the navigation pane indicates that it should be underneath the buttons.Hope that helps.
