Horizontal/Vertical Scroll Bars in Title when viewing in IE 6.0

Hi everyone, I have created a title in Lectora using 800 x 600 size. When I view the course in IE, i get horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Does anyone know if there is there a way to disable the scroll bars in the Title or in IE?
