Horizontal Table of Contents w Dropdown?

The Table of Contents is created automatically. As you develop, you determine which pages will appear in the TOC. There are a few choices of the style of TOC to use, but none of which are "horizontal." All versions of the TOC display as a drop-down menu in a vertical format.
