hiding menu on mouse out...

Ben, there has to be a better way to hide the TOC without setting some sort of a timer on it. We want our learners to take as much time looking through the TOC as they want with out it closing on them. We also want them to not have to make a selection from the TOC of they don't want to and return to their current page.Unfortunately it doesn't appear that you can add an action to a TOC which would make it simple to 'hide' it upon any mouseclick. Suggestions?
