Hide titles for question feedback dialogs

Some customers have requested to be able to hide the text displayed in the title of dialogs that display question feedback.
I am attaching a title that has an external html object that will allow you to hide the text. You can use this object at any level, page, section, test, title and it will remove the titles on those dialogs.
We are looking into adding some better options for this.
