Hidden images reappear instead of staying hidden

Sounds like you are using the On Timer to show/hide objects for an audio/video. Dangereous. When run over the wire from a server the timings are likely to be off. You will be much better off using Events in the audio. Use the Audio Editor that comes with Lectora Professional or use Windows Media Editor (or something like that) to put events in you audio files.
