Delay tactics frequently run into problems when run from a server. The delay starts as soon as the page is partially loaded but the video may not start until it is all loaded or it may pause waiting for more to download. Best approach is to use events set using the Video editor in the Professional Suite. Set one at the end of the video. Just right click on your video and select Edit.
