Help section without opening a new window

Hi all..

I wanted to do a Help section. So when users suddenly clicked on the Help page in the middle of a chapter, there will be a return to course button to lead the users back to the page where they were previously. How can i do that without opening a new window? And I need it to able to work after i publish it to HTML. Thanks. :o
