Help! How to change the font in a feedback pop-upbox

Thanks for your quick answer.

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to work.

I have tried it several times with different font types (like wingdings, arial and verdana) but the text remained the same.

I have made sure that the right css file was uploaded each time.

But thanks for your time and answer anyway.
