Google Chrome - "Open in New Window" Issue

Anyone else having this issue.

Have a button on my nav bar that when pressed, is suppose to open a page in the title as a Pop-Up (650x450) window. No navigation (Back,Next, etc..) Just the browser "X" close in the window top right.

When published, the Pop-Up page works properly in IE8-IE9 and FireFox. This same button in Google Chrome opens the Pop-Up page in the same window as the course. Basically ignoring the "Open in New Window" command.

Pop-Up Blocker is turned off in Chrome and the problem remains.

Ideas? Is this a known Lectora/Chrome issue?
