Go To [Page] WITHOUT "Scroll to"

All,
I'm trying to work with some data within an iFrame (I need the scrolling for the survey) and have everything working with exception of the "Go To" action. Because I don't have an option to not select a "scroll to" area when I select Current Page, the URL appends #arealoc to the end and won't do what I need -- go to *this page* URL (refreshing the page essentially).
If I go in and remove the #top in the HTML code, it works fine.
I'd also prefer not to use the Web Page option since it will break when I had off the file if someone changes the page title.
Suggestions?

Note: I can't do a javascript command to refresh -- the LMS doesn't agree with it ;).
