You could always set the text boxes up as pop-up pages instead of all on the same page. I usually just create a section called popups and make the pages in it smaller than the normal page size, disinherit all of the navigation buttons and then use the "display message" action to show a custom popup for the correct page for each item in the list. It is cleaner than using all of the hide functions; although I have done that too when it is a shorter list of items.
