I am not sure, because while I publish to HTML format; it is housed on our intranet which doesn't have any popup blocker built into because we don't allow our stores to reach the actual internet. I just turned on my pop-up blocker on my computer and tested one of my programs that I did this in and it did not affect my viewing them though.
