Glossary help needed

Hi All,I need some help with regards to the glossary of a course.Basically there are approx 100 terms that are existing on the left-hand side of a 300x300 image.Of course,there is a scrollbar which enables the user to scroll to the term he desires.Once the term is clickedthe definition appears on the right hand side.I tried doing this using List-boxes but it doesn't work.Any ideas?
