They are in 3 seperate chapters because I needed to put questions at the end of the groupings. I want to have a checkmark come up after the user completes, clicks on that item. I have been able to do this with variables, but when they get to the next chapter it does not keep th checkmark graphic. How do I get these variables to carry through, throughout the course?Thank you.

You will need to make the checkmark images not initially visible and then have a seperate on show action at the page level set to show each checkmark based on the value of your variable using a condition on the action.Please see this related topic with an example: page-by-page completion
