Global text as image option

There are two downsides to rendering as text. Before you go jumping in and using this option on all text blocks, consider these points:One is that it creates .gifs and they take a bit longer to load than plain text. If you have a lot of them, possibly could impact performance.Secondly, it makes the HTML files not searchable. If you leave them as text, you can use a search engine to search your text files. Sometimes when I know I have a page that contains some text but can't remember which page in some 50 lessons it is in, I just run a Windows search on the HTML folder (I keep all the published HTML in sub folders in one big folder) and look for the word in the pages.
