Glitches, pasting, ghosting,

We always have a ton of problems copying and pasting text - especially from word. The biggest problem though, is that the formatting isn't retained after we publish...We have simply resigned ourselves to copying text from word and into notepad. Then copying the text from notepad to lectora and formatting everything in lectora again.
